Amigos por el Dominó offers three targets to play online: 100 or 200 pips and Run Out Match.

When the target is set to 100 or 200 score pips, the sum of the pips are counted and accrued at the end of every hand until achieving the 100 or 200 pips. Whomsoever first achieves the pips set as target, wins the match. When the target is set to 100 pips, the tiles of the losing Partners are counted in favor of the winning Partner. When the target is set to 200 pips, all the tiles not played are counted in favor of the winner of the hand. For both targets, in the event that the hand is blocked, the tiles of both Partners are counted and the Partner that has the lowest tally wins. In case of a tied lockout, no one wins and the hand rotates.

When the target is set to Run Out Match, the tally is for the hands won when one of the players plays all its 7 tiles. When the hand is blocked, no one wins and the hand rotates. The match is won by the Partners that win at least four hands with a minimal difference of two in regards to their opponents.
